Regency Business Partners may provide business brokerage, buyer representation, seller representation, valuation consulting, investor introductions, exit planning support, strategic advisory, and transaction coordination services as requested by Client and accepted by Advisor.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business, financial, operational, and transaction-related information shared during the engagement.

Fees & Compensation

Fees may include retainers, commissions, consulting fees, success fees, or other mutually agreed compensation structures. Any specific fee schedule may be attached or incorporated by reference.

Client Cooperation

Client agrees to provide accurate information reasonably necessary for Advisor to perform the requested services.

No Guarantee

Regency Business Partners does not guarantee a successful transaction, financing, acquisition, buyer introduction, investor introduction, or investment outcome.

Term & Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated in writing by either party, unless a separate engagement term is agreed to in writing.

Independent Advisory

Advisor may coordinate with outside professionals; however, Client should rely on legal, tax, accounting, and financial professionals for advice in those areas.
