1. Scope of M&A Advisory Services

Regency Business Partners delivers strategic advisory, business valuations, buyer screening, and transaction coordination. We are not a legal practice or a certified accounting firm. Clients are strictly advised to seek separate legal counsel and certified tax accountants (CPA) to finalize formal transaction documents.

2. Accuracy of Client Representations

Sellers and buyers represent that all financial reports, tax filings, asset values, employee numbers, and growth statements supplied to Regency are true, complete, and correct. Regency acts in reliance on this data and assumes no liability for errors or omissions therein.

3. Non-Disclosure Bindings

All parties engaging with materials supplied by Regency acknowledge that any details regarding business identities, operational strategies, or financial metrics are protected by active Non-Disclosure constraints. Unauthorized sharing is subject to direct legal recourse.

4. Advisory success model

Formal engagements, success percentages, retainer options, and timelines are governed by separate, direct agreements signed between the client and Regency Business Partners. These website terms are purely informational.
